Looking to run CS:GO and LoL on solid 60 FPS on high/max settings and would like to run some editing software as I'd like to get into the youtube scene. I'm fairly new to computers my build at the moment I think is fully compatible but is just above £500 and I'm looking to half that price or at least under £350

Solution
This would give you more storage, and a better graphics card.

You are not going to get a very good system, at 350. Windows alone is around 85. Your 500 mark is more reasonable, but still kinda low, if you intend to record your gameplay, at all, just as an FYI. LoL is not very demanding, but this is really the cheapest I would recommend, and even that is kinda cutting it close, with that little storage.

Would love to live in the US (with Obama in charge c: ) Also, Very quickly, could you recommend a CPU Cooler and monitor as well? I'd be able to push another £200 if entirely worth it!

The i3 is fine with stock cooler. With that kind of money, I would go with a better GPU and more ram.
