hey what are your temps

Thats just it Jony.......AMDs Brisbane core DTS is "broken", in other words you cant ever get an accurate temp....with Speedfan the max i have seen after playing COD: modern warfare its between 45-50C depending on my room temp......right now CPU is 22C and CORE is 15C......i know thats waaaaaay too low

i really wish there was a better way to get somewhat accurate temps but i guess AMD really screwed us on this one

Yeah pretty much like ricman said. I use Everest and pay attention to the CPU reading, not the individual core reading as the core diodes always give funky (too low) values. My CPU is not a BE, just a regular ol 5000+ and I had to get a 92mm Xigmatek cooler to bring it up to 3.24GHz. Raising it anymore requires more voltage and it just gets too darn hot. Anyway, good luck with your overclocking. You shouldn't have a problem getting up to 3.0GHz even with the stock cooler.

what should my voltage be if iam @3.2,also my ram what should i bring up to stock is 1.8v 5-5-5-15

Hey jony

my voltage is stock voltage but ur system may vary as diff components react differently.
my ram is OCZ XTC gold rev2 @ 2.1V....stock also....running 800MHZ

my system is basically stock except for the multiplier on the cpu

thanksso how did u get ur ramto run @800mhz by the timmings or what

the ram itself is made to run 800Mhz (400Mhz x 2 effectively) usually u can set it up in BIOS if your system doesn't do it automatically.
