I have a msi GeForce 1030 I bought a new motherboard because my old one burnt and I got it all hooked up and it booted up then I hooked up the graphics card now it wont boot up but I can take it out and it boots up fine, do I need a new graphics card?

What happen to the motherboard ? Was the GPU in while the other motherboard had a issue ?
