Can anyone help me to upgrade the PC below so that i can at least play some games on it. It's a very crap one i bought a few years ago off eBay from those cheating companies that steal your money for a *** system. I didn't know ANYTHING about computers back then...

I know i'm gonna have to upgrade the graphics and RAM. I don't wanna spend too much on it, just enough to get me a comfortable gaming experience and a little speed.

I would suggest you come up with some kind of budget for a new build. What you have is really not worth upgrading. Once you have a budget, come back here and we can help you put together the best computer for your budget.
 
I would study some youtube videos about changing out a motherboard. Not much you can do with your old board. It's not worth upgrading. I've even installed a board for free when selling on craigslist. I would check there and see if someone will install a board for free when purchasing. Combos there start at around $80; some come with a newer cpu, such as core2 duo or 1156 and ram.
