Im looking to upgrade my gpu and possibly psu if need be for my HP 6540f. I'm looking for a card from 100-130 bucks that isnt overboard for my system. My specs are as follows:

AMD Phenom II X4 2.8ghz
8GB RAM
Not sure what the mobo is but i know it has PCI-E 2.0 x16 x1 and x4
AMD integrated 4200 hd
1 tb HD
The monitor is nothing special but its decent. I just want to be able to play RTS games on high settings. DO PSU's and gpu's come with all the hookups i need? Thanks

BTW, it looks like there is room on my mobo for a dual slot card and my current psu is 250 watts

A 7750 should work without a psu upgrade.

7770 is the next up from AMD. That takes 1 6 pin connector and I wouldn't trust your psu to run it.

Im getting the 7750 HD and thinking about getting this Corsair 430 watt PSU. Would my stock PSU be efficient or should i get the Corsair?

It might be, but I wouldn't trust that offbrand psu to run anything. A corsair 430W would be good.

What about for the HD7770? Also, i'm not sure if the 7770 would fit because its dual slot sized. I looked in my PC and it looks like there is room above my PCI-E slot. It has 1 PCI x16 and 3 PCI x1's above it.
