Hello,
my pc have graphic card Intel gma 3100 and many games doesn't runs on it saying it lacks pixel shader 3.0.what is problem with it/ what sort of games can run in it smoothly??

Not many.

a gma3100 is for web browsing and movies, not playing games. the lack of pixel shader 3.0 is means pretty much anything made after about 2005 is not going to work. but even anything older will struggle to run. even half life 2 would chug.

if you want to play games, i recommend building a new rig.

A built-In graphics in motherboard, does not support high graphical features oriented games thatsway you will have to buy a graphics card.

Your integrated GMA3100 isn't good enough to play modern games. Upgrade your GPU.
