well im in south africa and it costs R1600 in other words $220,

It costs more here so you will be looking at around $180 there.

Is it a good buy? And its led

there is only 2 the one is an led lcd and a lcd lcd, They are pretty much the same!

Way Way!!! better than my current monitor LG 17" 12ms Responce time and 500.1 contras ratio.

I dont want to go over that amount because i would rather spend more on my pc,

i was looking at the intel i7 2600k or the 2700k
and a GTX590 3gb and in the future in crossfire.

Ah, if that's so then get that LED Monitor, like you said earlier, it's MUCH better than your previous monitor (12ms).
