Check adjusting your Screen resolution again System properties.
have you made any changes, before the resolution size change took place?? any hardware/software changes??
Check for the device manager for yellow exclamation marks? (Failure of drivers).
Download & install the latest display drivers for your video chip-set & try again.

There is no change on my software and hardware at that time.
I also made no change at my resolution until now, it still at 1280x800 .
There is no exclamation marks on it (working properly).
When i update it, it says that the driver already updated to the latest version .

another problem is the icons looks so blur, in the desktop, or even in the start menu .
its like opening in safe mode .

Try to Roll back the driver to previous version:

Go to Device Manager.

Double-click the video adapter in the device list.

Click the 'Driver' tab

Click 'Roll Back Driver'.

After that you have to restart the system to see effect.

If this is not working, try doing a system restore to previous good known working date.
