Question Helppp urgent!! CPU fan is spinning, motherboard light is on, GPU fans is spinning but no display on my monitor. Keyboard and mouse also not working

I've changed my GPU (R7 350). It's working....but it suddenly turned off and I'm unable switch it on back....my CPU fan is spinning, GPU fans also spinning.
I've reset CMOS, CLEAR RTC, Tear up and change thermal paste. But the result is same.
I'm using 600w PSU with 80plus silver rated (new)
PC Specs:
Motherboard: P7H55D-M PRO
CPU: I5 650
RAM: 8GB DDR3
GPU: R7 350 2GB GDDR5

Plug the monitor in to the motherboard and see if you can get it to display. If it does it is probably your gpu gone bad.

It doesn't display anything....I've tried to connect other GPU to the mobo but it doesn't work

Save your changes, power off, and connect the monitor to your MoBo. If you still get no display, you can switch back to using the card (the BIOS should detect that the monitor is plugged into your card and use the card instead.) If everything is okay, you can power back down and remove the card.

Make, model & age of the power supply?

(600w PSU with 80plus silver rated ) tells us absolutely nothing (those silver, gold, whatever ratings are useless marketing hype)
