Hera Software not detecting ZEUS mouse

I recently bought the GAMDIAS ZEUS gaming mouse and thought of personalizing it with the Hera software. I downloaded it from their website but the mouse is not being detected. What can I do?

What OS you are using? (You're posting this in a forum which generally deals with Linux operating system).
