Does the Hercules 3D Prophet II MX DDV (Dual Display Video) supports Twinview? And how well does it perform this?
Where could I find a review of that feature on this card?
And....the Hercules card seems to ship with two kinds of speed and memory....if you look at
http://europe.hercules.com/products/3dp2_mxddv/techspecs_3dp2_mxddv.html
you see that the RAM clock is set at 183Mhz. This is for the version of the card that had TV-out (Twin-view).
On the other hand, at
http://europe.hercules.com/products/3dp2_mx/techspecs_3dp2_mx.html
you see that the RAM clock is set at 166Mhz OR 183 Mhz.
My conclusion of this is that the Hercules 3D Prophet II MX DDV (the one with TV - out and Twin-view) ALWAYS comes with RAM clocked at 183Mhz and with the faster memory (5.5 ns as compared to 6-7ns). Now, is THIS correct?
Thanks,
Linus
