Question Here we go again : boot into bios randomly

I think this might be the most frequently asked question on this forum, or at least one of the most frequently asked.

Everything is in the title. I don't understand why, nor where the problem is coming from. My hardware:

CPU: Ryzen 5600
CPU cooler: the one given with the CPU
Motherboard: MSI B550 A-PRO
Ram: 4 x Corsair Vengeance LPX 16Go DDR4 3200MHz
SSD/HDD: Kingston NV3 PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD
GPU: RX 6700 XT
PSU: Seasonic Focus GX 750w
Chassis: Fractal North
OS: Windows 11
Monitor: LG 850 GP-B

P.S. I did check the boot order !

If you have any idea, please don’t hesitate — I’m tired of clenching every time I boot up my computer !

When I bought the PSU, 2 years ago, it was brand new.

I took a video of the startup to show you exactly what’s happening :

Then I exited the BIOS and the computer froze on this:

And at the end, this message appeared:

Then the message disappeared, the computer returned to the BIOS, I exited it, and FINALLY it booted into Windows. All of this happened automatically, without me touching anything, except for clicking to exit the BIOS.
