Hewlett Packard NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 compatibility

Is HP NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 (with a new power supply if need be) compatible with my HP Pavilion p6-2340ezm? Since purchase in 2013 the graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 7400 series. Microsoft 2nd level support experts have concluded it is corrupted and needs to be replaced. Thanks, ChL

Yes, the GeForce GT 730 is compatible with the HP p6-2340ezm PC. The card requires a PCI Express slot and the HP p6-2340ezm should have three of those, as well as one PCI Express x16 slot.

Thanks, Phillip! That means then that the compatibility list on the respective HP website http://store.hp.com/GermanyStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=N3R90AA&opt=&sel=ACC (same in English) is incomplete? I find there a range of ProDesk and EliteDesk models only, as a matter of fact.
