to start im not looking for an over the top build. looking for one that can run games like LOL, HOTS, CSGO, H1Z1, Ark Survival, Fallout 3, COD MW2 and WaW, and skyrim on high settings (maybe skyrim on medium). pretty much any older/steam games. i will be playing most newer games on my ps4 (i know). looking for it to be under $450. still gotta get the os, a desk, chair, mouse/kb, monitor, etc..
