Gaming PC, trying to keep it under my budget with is 850, found these parts for my build. It's a strict 850 budget, I included monitor in the price. If there's any parts that I can make cheaper PLEASE LET ME KNOW, trying to shred off money here but still keep the same performance, where this pc is at now, I know it can run Battlefield 4 1080p 50 fps which is pretty sick, so . . . yeah, cheaper parts same performance if you can! Here's the build right now . . .

Solution
This is not a completed build but instead some components to consider.
RAM: 1600 CL9. Fast enough. Lower latency won't affect gaming.
GPU: Sapphire makes excellent GPUs. I know, I have one.
HDD: Blue vs Black. Save money and get Blue. I own both and can't tell difference.
PSU: 430W is really low. Get more power in case you upgrade in future. The CX is ok model, not great, good for budget.
Monitor: bigger and great quality.

Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($72.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($54.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 280 3GB...
Focus on improving the video card from your original build ... also you should try to do better than that CX series poser suply, they are not good ... Caviar Blue will be fine over the black, and this motherboard is normally $85 but has a huge rebate ... gets you into an FX 6350 with a r9 280X plus a quality power supply that can handle it ... I can give you an i5 version as well to follow

i5 build ... video card and PSU are one step down but still adequate ... also note that I forgot a DVD drive on the other one, but the one here will still fit under budget.

Also, in either build, I would replace the RAM with the Ripjaws below - it is only a few dollars' difference, and has a 7 latency instead of 9, which is going to be about 20% faster.
