[SOLVED] Hey guys i have a problem with my rams

hey guys i have a problem yesterday i cleaned my pc from dust and etc and when i opened it again i opened fortnite to play but i couldnt even move my fps where under 13 i dont know why but before cleaning the pc everything was alright and i played like 80-90fps i checked everything and everything is as it was but only ram the ram usage is 4gb from 8gb and i opened cpu-z and i saw that both of my rams was there #slot 1 #slot 2 and then i moved to memory and i saw that my ram was playing in single channel how can i fix this?

Memory modules should be installed in slots 2 and 4 away from CPU.

Though it sounds like the system was working fine previously without any change, so that is quite odd.

my motherboard only has 2 slots for ram

Double check everything, make sure they are firmly installed or reseat them just to make sure. For RAM you can test one at a time to see if both have same results.
