it can but only on FHD monitors, not above.
AS suggested 16gb are enough, i5-6600k has same performance in gaming compared to i7-6700k, no points in getting a better gpu when Nvidia will launch the new ones during summer

Hey! Thank you for replying, I will be using this for video editing, streaming, Gaming.. I recently switch a couple of things. Replaced the Graphics card for the evga geforce gtx 980 ti 6gb

well if u need the card now 980ti is the top but it's going to lose half of its value in next 3 months, i would have waited before buying it (in Italy where i live it costs more than 700€)
 
Remove the optical drive if you do not want it. The case is just a suggestion pick what you like.

good build but i'd change for cryorig Universal H5 at least, excellent motherboard the extreme 4, r9 fury instead than gtx980, samsung evo 850 250gb
