is a Amd ryzen 5 2600 .
b450 m aorus
kingston hyperx fury 2133 mhz 8gb ram
asus turbo 1070 8gb
750 watt g2 gold 80+
. but in a nutshell i wanted to do 4k

Why?

Also, at 720p, your existing video card is WAY overkill.

I wouldn't bother with 4K, with your current system you could go 1440P/60+hz on higher settings and it's going to look massively better then your current monitor.

Change your memory from 2133mhz to a 2x8gb kit @3200mhz. The difference could be as high as 25 FPS depending on the game.
