Solution
The GT 730 is not a very good card for the modern games. Your game looks ugly because either you're playing an old game or you're currently running it on the lowest graphical settings and low resolution. You can change that by going to the Options -> Graphical settings and changing it to whatever you desire; but do know that your games will slow down by a huge amount (Drop in FPS). You would need a new Graphics card to be able to run the newer games.

Good luck!

You don't have a good version of the GT730. The 128 bit bus can only support 2GB RAM, and DDR3 is very slow also. It kind of a bogus card. The GT730 64bit 1GB DDR5 is much faster, but the GTX750 Ti is the minimum card to have. There are a few GTX950s that don't need a 6 pin PCIe connector also. If you have a 6pin PCIe cable you should be looking at GTX950, if you have 2 of them, or a 6+2 (8pin) then GTX960, R9-380 would be much better. The 750Ti will play games but it will be holding back what that computer is capable of. There are new cards coming out soon. RX480 is supposed to be under $200. That's just completely the wrong video card.
