I'm concerned that your PSU(power supply) may not be able to handle the 1070Ti.

It may not have the appropriate pcie cables.

It cant but an external power supply well im putting the pc on perspecs so im getting a 1070ti and a raidion hybrid 730wat

If you replace the stock PSU with a 750W, you will be OK. But what PSU is a "raidion hybrid 730wat"? Did you mean Raidmax?
