[SOLVED] Hey, im a bit confused about timings and ive found a ram kit that i like but im unsure if its my best bang-for-buck deal

the ram kit ive found is the Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3600 MHz C19, ive heard lower timings are better and assuming C19 means its slower than C16 for example.. is this a good choice or should i aim for lower latency?

Or do i have it all wrong.. please help.

Lower Cl latency is always better for same frequency but all software doesn't respond to it equally. Chances are you wouldn't notice any difference except in benchmark.

What's the motherboard and CPU you want to use it with?
What's the exact model number of the RAM?
