Actually that board is even less compatible.

While yes it is a 125w tdp m.otherboard, it is only AM3 while all fx series CPUs are AM3 + (different being 2 additional pins). Thus the FX chips (95w or 125w) have 2 more pins on the CPU than the motherboard and thus physically wont even fit.

In regards to memory:
The factory speed is the speed that the CPU supports (up to 1333), the other supported speeds are memory speeds that the motherboard can overclock to.
In this case it can get up to 1800mhz out of 1866 or...
No dice.

The M5A78L-M only supports up to 95w TDP cpu, the 8350 needs 125w.

Really your best option is to sell all of it and build a new platform.

Pentium g4560 and b250 motherboard would be better than even the 8350 (the 8350 is only better in tasks that will use all 8 threads).
Or ryzen 1600 build would be even better.

Hey so the mobo I gave you was wrong I have the m4a78lt-m I read it supports 125w but now the second question does it support 1866Mhz ddr3 because I read 1600/1800 does this mean any type of ddr3 1800 or just maximum 1800
