What software are you running when it goes to 100%.

Just list what the actual parts are.
An application like Speccy can help determine that.

Lets start with something easy. What version of Windows are you running?

Is the laptop model listed in Control Panel/Device Manager/Computer?

the laptop model isnt listed and i checked the model of the laptop on the sitting side of the laptop and it says

Tried black desert online and it runs with my actions ike its not lagging but the screen is choppy like my pc cant handle it. the game runs fine it feels like, beside for the picture and frame lags but not fps.

You have a low-end system with integrated graphics. It is going to struggle with many games. Try lowering your graphics settings.

it can run guild wars 2 at 60 fps but black desert online is keeps stuttering when the actions happen on time when i press them tho.

Different games have different requirements. Adjust accordingly.

Have you updated the video drivers?

I assume you are also gaming over a wireless network connection. That, too, can impact gaming performance both from a network and game server perspective.

Have you run Windows Update to ensure Windows is fully up to date?

Vega 3 is an integrated graphics processor.
For the latest driver, download the the Installer from AMD's driver page.
