Hey so I recently installed a new Hard drive in my elitebook 8460w

Can anyone please help? I installed Windows 7 using a dell operating system and it worked, but it does not recognize the memory, wireless cards, internet, etc. I know it was foolish, but can anyone help me find a Windows 7 ISO for my HP 8460w? To be put on a partitioned hard drive?
