but when i connected it to my windows, my ethernet link is only 100 mbps not (1 gbps) .... also in its control panel (192.168.100.1), its LAN port speed is seted on 100 mbps not 1 gbps and i can't find any place to change it to 1 GBPS .... what is the problem ? How can i activate its 1gbps LAN ?

What is the make/model of the network adapter in the connected device? Do you have more than one device attached to the router?

Also, are you using self-made ethernet cables or ones you bought? Have you tried different ethernet cables?

Have you tried different ports on your router?

I am using it with HPE dl360 g9 server (it's OK with 1 gbps, i have another internet and it works well with 1 gbps ethernet connection) ... only one device attached. i tested with 2 Different LANs (cat 5 and 6) ... I checked my LAN ports on its control panel (192.168.1.1) and LAN 1 was 100 , LAN 2 was 10 as LAN 3 and LAN 4. No one was 1000 mbps !!

I have been googling your issue. It is actually fairly common.

Check the firmware. If that doesn't help, I suggest performing a hard reset of the HG8245H to see if that resolves the issue.

Well, there is no firmware for this product (I checked its product page) .... also I reset device to default too, still problem ...

I noticed when going here that an account was needed to access files.

https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/access-network/echolife-hg8245h-pid-8952133

I would think the router has the ability to look for an upgrade if available.

Also, this is an option to replace the original firmware. I used previously with a different make/model router (Linksys I used to use).

Note all details and instructions before going down this path.

I would talk with your ISP. Most equipment like this even if you own it the ISP does all the firmware changes. In the USA almost no ISP even allows you to have your own equipment when it has optical ports.
I am somewhat surprised you got it activated without a lot of help from the ISP, there are gpon settings that need to be done. This is also partially done so someone can't just buy a box hook it to the fiber and get internet for free.

Most cable modem also are only upgradable by the ISP. They like to keep the same firmware on all the equipment connected to the network to avoid issues.

In addition huawei is one of the worst when it comes to firmware even on their normal routers. They lock everything behind some account you must sign up for.

You are very limited to what you can try when the speed is wrong. You can verify that your PC is set to auto mode. Most routers only run in auto mode so you can't set the speed. You have already tried new cables. This make is suspect that the router is somehow defective.
