I would avoid the stock coolers for the R9 290. The new R9 390 can be had for not much more and is a better card overall.

Not the biggest fan of AIOs either, there are air coolers out there which perform similarly or better for a cheaper price. Won't have to worry about the small possibility of pump failure/leakage either.

You can drop the network adapters, the motherboard has ethernet built in.

If you don't plan to crossfire (would probably want a 1kw PSU for that) you could save some money with a lower wattage PSU. I would go with the semi modular EVGA 750W B2, only $45 after rebates on NCIX.
