Hi gurus. Huge cpu spikes with a 2500k. (Pic included)

I am not sure what is going on. Random programs like chrome are causing my cpu to spike. It is overclocked but it was running fine up until a few days ago.

The temps are fine. I am running at around 30

I would set it back to stock clock and start fresh

Make sure u run spyware / antviours sofware to make sure its not infected

And set to stock for this and run sofware in recovery mode of your os
