Hi i have a problem after installing new cpu and gpu i get from 60 fps to 15

Hello, i have a problem, after passing from a amd fx-4400 cpu and amd radeon hd6970 to a amd fx-9370 eight core 4.4 ghz cpu and a sapphire amd nitro radeon rx 480 8gb, i have an issue in games like gta V, the crew, watch dogs, etc. After playing like 15 min it starts lagging and gooing from 60fps to 15 fps for 10 sec, i don't think that it's a problem from internet because even in single player mode i have this problem, maybe it's from alimentation source, i don't know.

My specs:

Motherboard: ASrock 370 extreme 3 am3+ compatible eight core.
CPU: Amd fx-9370 4.4 ghz eight core
GPU: Sapphire nitro radeon rx480 8gb
RAM: 8gb
OS: Windows 10 64bit

The chipset on the motherboard seems wrong. Do you mean an ASRock 970 Extreme 3? If you do then there's a specific problem: the FX-9370 is not supported. It also seems to exceed the motherboard's 140W limit for the CPU with the FX-9370 being 220W.

As I understand it, there are only a limited number of motherboards which are suitable for the FX-9XXX series of CPUs.
