Hi I've got a toshiba satellite c850-1kn rtc battery is low I've replaced the rtc battery it's still the same it tells me to press f2 not working can anyone help me please

Make sure the new rtc battery is not bad. you can check the terminal voltage of the battery using a multimeter.
If the battery is good, clean the top and bottom of the battery using a pencil eraser, and very gently clean the contacts on the motherboard.
If problem persists, perform a BIOS update.
