It should be playable at 1366x768 and likely 1600x900 resolutions with medium graphic settings. 1080p might be playable using low graphic settings.

Its only a quad core i7. Laptops i5 is a dual core, the i5 in a tower is a quad core typically.
You probably wont be able to run it for very long and especially ultra.
Graphics card is up there (oops thats wrong about 4 or 5 year old technology) but suggest cleaning your cooling system thoroghly and applying new Arctic Silver heat sink paste on CPU GPU prior to any of this. If that 940 has 4gb DDR5 OMG that's DDR3, sorry gonna run into trouble with that video card.
