Question Hi my new laptop is slow

Hi my new laptop is slow.
Are there any build in programs that make it go slow and i should deactivate?

Also, sometimes when i open programs it interrupts the music/video that I am watching on youtube for 1 second, is that normal for a new laptop? its annoying
