Without any doubt, the power supply. That power supply is not of an equally high quality as the rest of the build. Also, that motherboard probably won't support that CPU without a BIOS update. And it doesn't have BIOS flashback on that board so you'd need an older Ryzen CPU in order to update. You'd be better off going with any motherboard that has BIOS flashback unless you have access to a first or second Gen Ryzen CPU in order to update the BIOS.

Change to either the Sapphire Pulse or Gigabyte RX 5700XT. Msi dropped the ball on their Evoke OC cards:

That depends on the build. For some builds, a blower style card is a MUCH better option. Especially some small form factor or mini ITX cases that have poor cooling.

For a mid tower ATX case it's probably not the best choice, IF you have a sufficient exchange rate of air through the case.
