Hi...

I´m looking to hide the whole boot sequence, meaning that I don´t want to disable memory tests and other things in the BIOS, just hide it visually.. The same goes for the windows XP boot screen.. I want to keep it all from being displayed; only let it run in the background and just display things when the system is up and running..

Anyone having any tips or links for this??

Was not sure if this were the right place to post, since it would include both XP as well as BIOS related topics..

If there is an option called "Full Screen Logo" in your BIOS, turn it on. That will hide what the BIOS is doing. As for the XP boot logo... you can try creating a blank black background and saving it as the required file type. There are instructions available out there for changing your boot screen.
