Question High 4070ti hotspot temp

When playing games like Space Marines 2 or Silent Hill 2 remake my 4070ti Asus Pro Art core temp is never over 72c but hotspot is mid 80s to low 90s. I play usually most games at high settings and at 3440x1440 my case has good airflow with custom fan curves and this is the hottest card I've ever had and removing the side panel does nothing to help.

Should I return this card for a different model?

Under load, approx. 20C or lower gap between gpu core and hot spot is what these cards normally run.
No need to return the card.
