I'm looking for a smartphone and these are my priorities.
1. Really good Battery backup (One that lasts at least 2 days, prefer close to 4000mAh at least).
2. Preferable Not, 1080p display. Battery drainer for sure and without much to gain!!
3. 5-6 inch Display.
4. Dual SIM.
5. 3G
6. Preferably less than 300$.

I would also like it to be reliable and non buggy. I don't play games. Just use it to Browse, mails and so.
What are my choices?

Note:
1. I currently own Note 2, and have had no issues so far. Sadly, It is single SIM and its battery is decent (Just more than a day). Would like to have much better backup!
2. I have modified my current phone and installed a custom ROM. So if there is a phone that is good with buggy software, but has a good custom ROM available, do suggest.

Both of em do not work for me.

I had a look at OnePlusOne earlier, and has only one SIM.

Note 3 will be a massive downgrade for my usage and needs. Same battery as Note 2, but upgraded to 1080p display. Battery is not even close the backup of Note 2.
I am looking for battery backup that is better than my current Note 2. Initial period it should come for 3 days with decent usage. So after a few months battery backup will come down to 2 days, which is bearable. Charging everyday is a pain and often it has no juice left by the time the day ends.

Well... I did find one and have been using for 2 weeks now. Gionee M3 Marathon. Has a mega 5000mAh battery and comes easily for 2 days with heavy usage. End of 2 days battery is usually down to 40% from 90%.

It is a pretty good phone but for its interface (I will be rooting and flashing a different ROM anyways). I have installed a custom launcher for now. Only major problem is that I don't find a decent back cover for it.

Hey there! a friend of mine is actually looking for a phone with similar parameters that you were.
He just purchased a "no-name" phone like the gionee and wasn't pleased with it. He asked for a suggestion and I remembered this thread so I came back to find it.

Could you please give us an update on your Gionee M3 now that you've had it for awhile?
How has it held up? Does it have any poor quality parts like a speaker, headphone jack, weak antenna, etc?

I have had zero signal issues. I was surprised when it worked in my office elevator. I am probably the only one who uses a phone inside my office elevator. With Note 2 (my older phone) i dont remember it connecting in there.

Note that I Have had a few call drops on first attempt of a call almost immediately. Second attempt it is fine. I used to have this exact issue with my Note 2, so it could be an network operator issue.

The stock ROM is ok. You can live with it though. I installed smart launcher which made my UI look pretty from being ugly. Custom ROMs are available, check xda forums. I was gonna flash to a custom ROM tomorrow, and I my phone was stolen today!

Speaker is decent, pretty loud. However, not meant to play music. However the music quality is fantastic. I use it with HD598 headphones. It can power these headphones quite easily. The earphones provided dosent seem to fit well, hence i have barely used it.

One nagging issue, the damn phone kills apps for some reason. I have a few apps like firewall, SwypePad, and they disappear quite often when phone is locked and i have to relaunch them. Also, While Browsing my entire browsing session resets after 15 mins or so. All pages disappear. Custom ROM seems to be good from what i read and recommended for this phone.

Overall a good buy if not for the last issue. Battery is a monster. Lasts 2 days easily with heavy usage. I usually do not let it fall below 30%.
