Hello. I have a MSI B650M-P motherboard and the temperature of the Chipset 1 (xHCI) is about 54.6 *C when idling.
I searched the internet and I found some information about this Chipset temperature, and I notified that some motherboards have problems regarding the chipset temperature.
In bios, the chipset temperature is 40 *C.
Please let me know if this temp is normal or not ?
What kind of test should I run for verifying this temp ?

The PC specs are:
MB: MSI B650M-P
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3060 12GB
RAM: 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5 6000MHz (expo enabled)
HDD: 500 GB 7200rpm SATA III
SSDs: 2 x 500GB PCIe 4.0 x4
PSU: Seasonic GM650 (semi-modular)
CPU Cooler: Aquirys Uranus white
Case Fans: 2 x 140mm intake and 2 x 120mm exhaust

EDIT: After 10 minutes of OCCT, the max Chipset 1 (xHCI) temperature was 57.4 *C.

Make and model of your case?

You're fine.

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3060 12GB
The GPU you have is exhausting some of the heat onto the heatsink but you're still in good order.

Is there any method to load the chipset at maximum to check if the temperature is good ?
You could try a CPU stress test (Prime 95) and use something like AIDA64 to monitor the chipset temperature. Personally, I wouldn't worry. Many chipsets are fitted with heatsinks. You can expect them to get hot. The CPU could max out at 95C (AMD) or 100C (Intel) during the stress test. All perfectly normal.
