Question high cpu temp after changing to new motherboard

my cpu temp for 8700 non-k was between 65 to 72 with my old motherboard with H7 quad lumi cooler and the board was gigabyte z390m. i brought asus prime z390m-plus recently and temps are going crazy.i noticed its going up to 90c sometimes. is it because of thermal paste or something else. please let me know. thanks

yes i did but with regular thermal paste not with cryorig paste
