Question High CPU temp on Idle ?

I just finished my build 14600kf on a z690 taichi and msi 360 mm aio, My Idle P-core clocks are on 5300mhz and E-cores on 4000mhz, package temps (55°avr). I reset my Bios to default values but still pc running like this on Idle, isn't that weird guys? also bios temp is 39-41°

sound like it is overclock if it running that high mhz on idle
