High CPU temperature

Hello everyone
My specs:
I7 7700
Corsair vengeance 8gb ram
Gigabyte 1060 3gb
Asus strix b250 mother board
On a Corsair carbide spec1

I noticed while playing FIFA 18 and assassin's Creed origin an average CPU tepm of 82 c while my average gpu tepm is steady at 77 c (hwmonitor).

I got Intel's stock fan and my case's stock front fan.
Is it just a fan problem or it might be something more ???

The i7-7700 is rated up to 100 c so 82 is within the limits. A better CPU cooler like the hyper 212 evo would bring the temps down.
