Hi I have a question for experienced pc builders. First built pc all is going well. One problem I am trying to figure out is my cpu temp. I have a xeon 1321 v3 stock. When I game it gets 70 c on gta 5 even tho cpu isnt even 80% used seems off. I am using a liquide cooler lepa aquacharger120 it has good reviews an most people get cool temps. I will try installing it again if its bad enofe but it's a pain to install. Btw it's push pull not sure if it's best for liquide

Yeah, it's perfectly normal. Don't worry about it, like I said if you start seeing temps above 80 then you might want to look into it, your fans heatspreaders might be clogged with dust or you might need to reapply new thermal paste but it's fine at the moment.
Anything under 80c is a perfically fine temp and Xeons usually have lots of cores but games will often be better on CPU with less cores like 4 and higher Ghz. that's why it's not fully used. Another reason is that gta 5 some times don't need much cores so it just uses some. Hope it helps!

Honestly that temperature is about right. It may seem high, but it looks to be just fine. GTA V is a demanding game anyways. Can you let me know what you are running on idle? If your idle temps are high, then that would give me an idea if it is really running hot or if it is just doing its job.

70 degrees is fine. Generally 70 and under is considered perfectly normal. Above 80 can be considered concerning. The more demanding the games are the hotter your cpu will get generally speaking. Don't worry about it!

its 35 idle but no matter what game i play even if lower cpu usage it still gets around same temp. Even if a game is only using 25 to 35% cpu still gets in 60c or more.
