High cpu uasage

If i download uniblue optimizer, does it conflict with my tend antivirus protector? Does it fix the problem of high (100%) cpu usage?

I had The geek squad try to fix this and they didnt! They charged me a small fortune and wouldnt give me money back. I need to know if i download the tool your recommending, will it conflict with my trend antivirus?
