Question High CPU usage after installing GPU

I have a Ryzen 3 2200g and i have been using its APU for a long time. A friend just gave me his gtx 1050 2Gb (that was working perfectly on his setup). But I'm having a worse performance in games after installing the GPU.
Now my CPU usage is way higher than before (always close to 100%) and I'm having a lot of stuttering and freezes that last for several seconds. And my GPU usage barely reaches 100%

Already tried:
- Set a higher in-game config
- Set power plan to High Performance
- Remove AMD drivers
- Reinstall Nvidia Drivers
- Set Physx to gtx 1050
- Cap/Uncap FPS
- Disable APU in BIOS
- Windows clean install

My setup:
Ryzen 3 2200g
Gtx 1050 2gb
12gb RAM 2667Mhz
250GB SSD
1TB HDD
MOBO Biostar A320MH

Please HELP! I've been trying to fix this for the last 3 days, without success.

why you have 12 gig of ram on a amd system put game at lower settings power plan on balance leave fps to default values seams that the gpu making a bottleneck for the cpu last point go to your friend house and ask him to put the gpu in is system under load to see if there is any shutter or freeze in is system and the parts he have in it .

4+8, pretty usual scenario for hyper low budget systems.

Also I don't think its really a bottleneck, a lot of 2200G systems got upgraded with a 1050 with no complains. Another thing I would check is to make sure that Microsoft Update wasn't installing the driver but OP, so in that case download the latest Nvidia driver for this GPU first, then uninstall the Nvidia driver that's on the system now cleanly via Display Driver Uninstaller, disconnect your system from the internet before it boots up, and then install the driver.
