Out of the blue, since yesterday I have high CPU usage caused by Windows audio endpoint builder and Windows audio. I've tried different solutions found on the internet but none seem to work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling my audio drivers, windows updates, Windows services log-on settings and more. I just don't know what to do.

A program or drivers on your system is causing the issue.
You could try ending any app the uses the audio driver and see which one is causing the high CPU usage.
You could also download and save the latest audio drivers, then uninstall your current drivers and install the latest version.
