High CPU Usage! HELP!

I have an i7 6700k @ 4.0Gz and when i play Tom Clancy's The Division i get very high cpu usage fluctuates between 85% and 100% , The usage on h1z1 is at 50%. I dont understand why the cpu usage gets so high because I have a friend with the exact same processor that never goes above 40% on The Division. My video card is a msi gtx 1080 and i have 16gb of ram. I look in the task manager and it shows the division in orange and it is always taking up so much processor usage. All suggestions and/or help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Is the game utilising multiple cores? Check in game settings.

There is supposedly some sort of bug in The Division that causes high CPU usage and random stuttering as a result. I don't play so not sure how true it is. Anyways this reddit thread says it has a fix. https://www.reddit.com/r/thedivision/comments/43a7xu/the_division_stuttering_100_cpu_usage/
