Hey,

I'm getting 35-40% on CPU usage and also high RAM usage that causes my gameplay not to be smooth.

I run 2 monitors, the main one is AMD Freesync monitor 72 Hz, other one is for internet and stuff 60 Hz.
If I want to stay in Freesync range I have to cap my FPS to my monitor refresh rate using Rivatuner Statistics (cap fps to 71) that causes some minor lagging (stutter? not feeling smooth). If I leave the FPS as it is I'll get like 140ish without stuttering but with kind of a input lag? or like delayed when moving. When I use Vsync I get horrible input lag.

I believe that is happening beacause high CPU usage or also RAM? http://imgur.com/FAHG5Mf

My ping is OK - 35-40.

I have 3 games on my rig. World of warcraft and Star Wars : Battlefront 2015 are running just fine.

My specs: http://imgur.com/o3qNJ1S

I did fresh installation of Windows 10. Disabled telemetry, windows update, X-box DVR thingy. I have the latest GPU drivers. Nothing is really running in Task manager that would cause such an inconvience.

Maybe some kind of a bottleneck?

Thanks for any help, I'm frustrated beyond sanity.

I personally find it the smoothest with vsync off and no FPS cap on League.

Yeah I did too but after a while I started noticing a weird stuttering when I pressed spacebar to lock a camera. So I decided to reinstall my Windows and clean everything and now I got this :( Can't get that smooth buttery feeling which I used to have. Now its all choppy, laggy, delayed and stuttery :(

Its enabled on monitor settings and also in my GPU app. I'm in Freesync range with locking my FPS to monitor refresh rate.
