Question High cpu usage low gpu usage

Hey guys. I’ve recently noticed my CPU usage is super high but the GPU usage is barely at 5%. I tried capping the FPS. Nothing. Lowering graphics, nothing. I have a i9 9900k 3.6 with RTX 2070. My cpu shouldn’t be bottlenecking. If you guys have any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated

Hey guys I’ve noticed when I play on my pc my cpu is way higher than my gpu. My rig is an i9-9900k 3.6 RTX 2070 8gb, 24gb of RAM. I know it can’t be a bottleneck of the cpu because this is a high end cpu. Any help will be appreciated
