High CPU usage when task manager isn't open.

Hey guys, im having this problem where on coretemp my cpu is really hot while im just on youtube and cpu usage is really high. As soon as i open task manager the cpu usage goes right down. I read somewhere about a virus process called igfxupdate.exe which is resulting in the same problem as me but i cant find the igxupdate.exe file or process anywhere, where other people are finding it. Just wanted any if, like if anyone else has had the same problem. I will attach a short video showing whats happening if its okay to post links if not then i'll delete the link.

Hi,

Boot in safemode with networking and goto bleepingcomputer.com

Download and run and clean with JRT ==> roguekiller ==. adwcleaner ==> reboot

install malwarebytes and do a system scan with rootkits (advance options )
If you have windows 7 or under download combofix and run it as administrator.

okay so i ran jrt, roguekiller and adwcleaner and now with task manager open 0% cpu usage and with it closed 0% cpu usage. Worked perfectly except there was one thing roguekiller failed to remove and popped up with error c0000034
