High CPU usage?

Hello , noob ques why my 8700k 3.7 ghz 90% usage and rest of the game 70% 80% i saw youtubers same cpu hit 60% in BF V is that normal my gpu 99%
My specs: 8700k 3.7
Gtx 1080 ti
32gb memory
Mobo z370m
1440 p asus 165hx

Is it only on BFV? I haven't played it but if its anything like its predecessor it would be very cpu heavy. The other videos you have seen, are the cpus overclocked or stock?
