[SOLVED] HIGH CPU USAGE

I just installed Watch dogs 2. But it's uses my pieces a lot.
When I run the game, CPU usage is 70% and graphics usage is 80% !. In the lowest settings!
I can't believe how it's even possible.
In RDR2 CPU usage is 30% and GPU usage is up to 50% in maximum settings!
what i should to do?
My PC specs:
CPU: 11700K
MB: B560M A PRIME
RAM: 16GB 3200 (8x2)
GPU: GTX 1660 OC
SSD: 512GB
HDD:2TB
COOLING: EVO 240 liquid cooler
PSU: 850G cooler master

Maybe it's normal.

You can't expect the CPU to run a game while remaining as cool as typing a Word document.

Not how it works. Both are equally important to running the game. There are people on here who can explain it better but my understanding is the cpu draws the frame in wire, the gpu then renders all the detail onto that frame.

It's not a buffet. Programs use the resources they require.
