High disc usage (100%)

Hello,
I have a problem, my task managers shows that I always use 100% disc. Most disc uses System and compressed memory and there are others but they are like 0.1 mb/s. I tried disabling those 3 programs in services, but no help!
Any help?

Is it just task manager saying 100% disk usage, or are you having issues like long load times, and slow startup? Try clean your disk, or even format it (don't forget to backup!). If this doesn't help, you'll maybe have to buy a new disk :/

Have you tried checking the hard drive for errors? There are steps here on how to do it.

You may also want to try and do a virus scan or run malwarebytes (or something like it).

Ok I will try that, now I am running smart defrag 4, can i test disc now or can I wait finish?

Hey guys, I think I found a solution. After deep defrag and restart of a PC, disc usage is now only going to max 50% but 98% of time it doesn't go above 5%, and it stays at 0 99% of time. Thank you for help, and I hope it will be helpful for someone!
